What We Check Before Every Submission

Name spelling — must match the travel document exactly, including middle names and hyphenated surnames
Date format errors — the portal uses DD/MM/YYYY; US and Latin American travellers frequently enter MM/DD/YYYY without realising
Accommodation address — must match the address registered in the Thai Immigration system, not just the hotel's marketing name
Passport validity — Thailand requires a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of entry; the official portal does not validate this before accepting a submission
Entry point and travel dates — must correspond exactly to your confirmed flight itinerary
