Before Processing: If our team has not yet begun reviewing your data or preparing your application, you are eligible for a full refund of our service fee.
After Processing Has Started: Once our experts have initiated the manual review of your documents or submitted the application to the Thai authorities, the service is considered "rendered," and a refund is generally no longer possible.
Government Rejections: Please note that we provide assistance and support. The final decision to grant entry is made solely by Thai Immigration. Fees cannot be refunded based on a government decision or a change in national entry requirements.
